nice and easy to use. very intuitive and comes with preprogramed template of most frequent questions.
Seems good, does take a while to get a hang of it. They did ask the review a bit too early, I barely got to do anything.
I really don't get this app. It calls itself a help center but for the life of me I could not get it installed and there was no help. The shopify menu instructions are either very poorly written or out of date. And there is no help!!
We'd more that happy to get a problem solved. Our support team is always here and ready to assist but here has been an issue in support request delivery. We were not aware of ...
Really easy to build a descriptive FAQs page. The result is professional an clean. Great app to improve your store
A bit too geeky. I mean it is from my experience as I think that like me who knows quite a little about building the websites there are lot of such people. So this is the first choice why we go and find such product as Shopify. The main things are not so easy understandable but nevertheless I am using it and got through.
Can not compare with others as I installed your app because of good youtube ...
Great stuff. Ready with the settings in 20 minutes + writing the questions and answers. I began to make my own FAQ page, but this is way easier. Cheers!
This app work perfect. It leads me along the way to write nice copy for my FAQ page. I have used it for years and love it.
