This is a good app. I found it has a clean interface and is straightforward to use. I had one little temporary issue: Our website has a dark background and the defaults on the app presented questions on FAQ that were hard to read when not selected. But a note to their support resulted in a message back the next morning with a short snippet of code to insert in the theme.css.liquid code which immediately fixed the issue. Thanks Marius for quick response!
I also note that use of this app does not slow the mobile website load speed (assessed using testmysite.thinkwithgoogle.com), which cannot be said for all apps. I would certainly recommend using this app.
I found this App really wonderful: without doubt it's very useful and necessary, as well as super complete, nice and simple designed for me to build in my store. This FAQ page is a significant tool that saves a lot of time when referring to basic support issues and general information my clients have the right to know in advace and clearly.
I highly recommend this App.

Great app! Very easy to use and look really good too.
NEVER USE OR PAY FOR THIS APP! We had the worst experiance with this app. The app is slowing down the processes. The support was not helpful. The best thing was: They delete your content on FAQ pages. Never ever again.

Great product, easy to use and the support from the developers is quick and efficient.
I have been using this app for a while and it's reliable and works well for my needs. I have a tiny business and while people tend to ignore FAQs on websites I have a reference point I can link an use for myself, which is super handy. If my business actually made any money, I'd upgrade!
