This app is amazing and so easy to use, we love it!! Have a help center has greatly improved the credibility of our store. In addition, the support team has always been super quick to help answer questions, customize the way the app appears just for us and generally help out. Highly recommend!
First of all, the app works great. The customer service in helping me to resolve an issue was one of the most rewarding experiences I've received yet. They took the time to show what most companies lack in this ecommerce world, and that's the word "empathy." I love this app. Period. Thanks again guys for helping our company.

This is an amazing app. It works beautifully. Very Clean, minimal and to the point. My only complaint is that there isn't an export & import option. That would be useful for people who create new Shopify stores regularly. Besides that this plugin is flawless.

Definitely a must for all websites! I am SO happy I decided to install this app as it makes my website so much more professional. I needed some help in increasing my font size so I contacted the support team, Marius fixed it straight away for me, I didn't have to do a thing! Highly recommend this for all!
