Easy to instal, easy to use. Made it all easy to engage customers. Would be nice to include the standard FAQs that could be edited.

Great app, does what it says and i like the overall appearance. It was a little confusing to start with as to how to get the layout to work like we wanted it to but now that its set up it works great!

I am just getting my FAQ set up and I like it so far. I already had my FAQ on my site but they were in a page format but this is so much better because it looks more professional and a quicker way to help the customer. I recommend this app.

Imprescindible, una de los mejores pluggins para realizar tareas de soporte a los usuarios. Su uso es bastante cómodo y sencillo aunque todo el contenido está en inglés y tienes que realizar algunas traducciones manualmente.

Great app - really easy to add to the store. It would be great if there were more customisation options for the format.

i have written to the provider twice to find out if i can simply delete the app i no longer need, or if i have to delete code to do so. unfortunately, i never received a reply. always very fast when selling, very poor when helping (hot even "help center"). do i get a reply now? UPDATE: 26.07.2021
After this review I was contacted. The support had supposedly written to me. In the communication it was noticed that they had forgotten a letter in the email. I was helped in the meantime and my questions were answered 100%. This is why I update my stars from 1 to 4 stars!
