The ticketing system is clean and easy to manage. We can track every customer request without losing context, and the helpdesk makes it simple to assign and resolve queries. It has definitely improved how we handle support internally.

We originally installed HelpCenter just for the FAQ section, but eventually started relying on the live chat and support inbox too. Having all customer communication in one place has made handling support much more organized and efficient.
