A really useful application. I have a couple of different stores and eDesk helps my team manage all our customer service really easily.
Excellent service. The product is pretty good but they listen to their customers and make updates based on feedback. Huzzah!
E-Desk has been great so far. It helped improve the efficiency and timing of taking care of our awesome customers. As well, I reached out to their support and Ciaran was super fast to respond and took care of my inquiry immediately. Super Customer Service and Platform.
We have been using eDesk for around three years; however, we've found their pricing to be significantly higher than their competitors'. Despite paying a premium, the product has not met our expectations. We've consistently faced issues with bugs on eDesk's platform, which have severely affected its usability and our ability to provide effective customer support. Additionally, there have been recent incidents of our customers receiving duplicate messages, an issue that persisted for three weeks despite our efforts to resolve it with eDesk's support team. Unfortunately, the responsibility for these problems was ultimately attributed to us, which was quite disheartening. After considering other vendors, we decided to switch to a more cost-effective and reliable service provider. We also sought a refund from eDesk due to these ongoing issues, but our request was denied. Based on our experience, we recommend that others consider alternative solutions.

I don't love the interface if I am honest and due to a breakdown in communication at the start of the year (they didn't explain what the implications of removing an old channel was!) we have lost ALL of our historical communication with customers HOWEVER I would still recommend this app. CS is great and they usually sort stuff out pretty quickly.

We used Freshdesk before but eDesk has as many markets to connect as we need. Also invoice templates, connecting emails with orders, and much more. Chat available 24/7, always kind and so helpful people. A great option to propose our ideas to make it better. I recommend it to everyone!
Good product and helpful customer support. The price is relatively high for small shops, but this is the only app I have found that covers repricing for most of my channels. I would recommend this ptool.
Responding to customer messages are now easier and faster thanks to eDesk. I asked for support and had Leigh help me immediately with my concern. Will definitely recommend eDesk!
xSellco is a very user friendly platform and they have an excellent customer service response. However it still needs to improve how to track the agents that reply to users messages.
I've been trying to get XSellCo to provide us with a refund since January 25th after we requested to cancel our account in writing. We were billed again on Feb 6. They require you request to cancel 14 days before your next billing cycle. We were hoping they would cut us some slack as we requested 13 days prior instead of 14 but no luck after many emails back and forth.
I was told that the language we used in our written request: "we're trying to cancel our account," didn't suffice. The customer service agent responsible for handling my request contradicted himself explaining his position for not issuing a refund though we hadn't used the service in weeks at least twice in our communications. Our request to have the issue escalated to a manager was ignored.
Read the terms and conditions before you sign up for this service and know that you'll get NO HELP from them.
