The staff has been helpful but need some improvements in functionality, which they have agreed to fix. When the issues are fixed, I would increase my rating for this app.
It took us a little while to get rolling with eDesk, but the support team were more than happy to help with our queries, and even basic functions like being able to leave an autoresponder running over the weekend have been hugely beneficial to our Customer Services team's wellbeing. We use markets other than Shopify, and nobody likes being the one having to answer emails on Christmas day!

I have been using eDesk for over 7 years, back to when it used to go by the name of ReplyManager. It has evolved in to a highly sophisticated piece of software that sits in the cloud and handles all of your customer enquiries. The automation and system itself is second to none. I would highly reccomend.
Leigh was very helpful and patient while solving my issue. I requested a phone call for this support and he was happy to oblige. Great guy!
A really useful application. I have a couple of different stores and eDesk helps my team manage all our customer service really easily.
We have used Xsellco Helpdesk for a few years now , to manage our customer service and we have to say, it's a fantastic bit of software. It's not the cheapest out there and it certainly would be cheaper to answer all of your questions from each marketplace/ platform, but the fact that you can integrate all of your platforms into one helpdesk, set up rules, track response rates etc., is of great value to the business and therefor customer. This particular app for Shopify is quick to set up and super-easy to use. Highly recommended!
xSellco is a very user friendly platform and they have an excellent customer service response. However it still needs to improve how to track the agents that reply to users messages.
We've been using XSellco for over a year to manage all our incoming customer service e-mails, plus a bunch more. Great, easy to use software that streamlines our workflow a ton! Highly recommended.
Work's perfectly and seamlessly integrates with our other sales channels. Saves time having to log into different email accounts and marketplaces by having everything in one place! Easy to use and features are great!
Excellent product. We've merged two different "best of breed" solutions plus their plug-ins to Xsellco as Xsellco provides a better, more complete and more robust all-in one support desk and feedback solution. In addition, anytime we've needed support, the Xsellco support team was quick to respond and help.
I love it! We used reply manager for a long time and this is worlds ahead of it.
Pros: I can view the order status, tracking number, message history, and order history from one message screen. The templates and smart tags are super helpful and easy to use. It also gives you an actual dashboard, not just a spreadsheet of data.
Cons: I prefer the "Classic View" to the newer look they put out recently but they don't restrict you to one or the other. The platform can be a bit buggy at times but the customer support team is very accessible and helpful.
An exceptional product from an exceptional company. Great product, amazing customer service.
Good product and helpful customer support. The price is relatively high for small shops, but this is the only app I have found that covers repricing for most of my channels. I would recommend this ptool.
