We started to work with this service about 2 months ago. Customer service is great and it is able to synch with loads of platforms.
However there is a huge problem that we are not being able to solve and not getting any solution for.
We are having loads of difficulties and emails that are lost and unanswered.
This issue is causing a large number of unhappy customers and the replies we received from Edesk, left us no option but to start answering emails directly from the email in order not to miss any customer inquiry.
This is extremely disappointing as its a huge issue that is currently pending with no solution.

The staff has been helpful but need some improvements in functionality, which they have agreed to fix. When the issues are fixed, I would increase my rating for this app.

We've used Xsellco for some time now and rate it highly. The integration is seamless! Language facilities are top notch if you are selling internationally. Also Xsellco customer support is very good should you need any help.

It took us a little while to get rolling with eDesk, but the support team were more than happy to help with our queries, and even basic functions like being able to leave an autoresponder running over the weekend have been hugely beneficial to our Customer Services team's wellbeing. We use markets other than Shopify, and nobody likes being the one having to answer emails on Christmas day!

We use this app for 2 Shopify stores. We are very happy with the platform. I especially enjoy the native integrations with all the other apps we use; Shipstation, Seller Central and Aircall to name a few.

We've been using XSellco for over a year to manage all our incoming customer service e-mails, plus a bunch more. Great, easy to use software that streamlines our workflow a ton! Highly recommended.

I love it! We used reply manager for a long time and this is worlds ahead of it.

Pros: I can view the order status, tracking number, message history, and order history from one message screen. The templates and smart tags are super helpful and easy to use. It also gives you an actual dashboard, not just a spreadsheet of data.

Cons: I prefer the "Classic View" to the newer look they put out recently but they don't restrict you to one or the other. The platform can be a bit buggy at times but the customer support team is very accessible and helpful.
