I have been using eDesk for managing customer interactions, and I must say, it is nothing short of a game-changer. We started to work with this service about 2 months ago. Customer service is great and it is able to synch with loads of platforms.
However there is a huge problem that we are not being able to solve and not getting any solution for.
We are having loads of difficulties and emails that are lost and unanswered.
This issue is causing a large number of unhappy customers and the replies we received from Edesk, left us no option but to start answering emails directly from the email in order not to miss any customer inquiry.
This is extremely disappointing as its a huge issue that is currently pending with no solution.

The staff has been helpful but need some improvements in functionality, which they have agreed to fix. When the issues are fixed, I would increase my rating for this app.

We've used Xsellco for some time now and rate it highly. The integration is seamless! Language facilities are top notch if you are selling internationally. Also Xsellco customer support is very good should you need any help.
