Exceptional customer support and a tool that does what it says on the tin. Not the cheapest solution but worth every penny as it saves us hours of monitoring multiple customer support channels.

The customer service are really helpful. They will really guide you if there are things that you d not know yet.

Gorgias is the perfect tool for a growing e-commerce company like ours. We were looking for a central hub to manage all customer interactions and it seemed like the obvious choice. We were looking for a chat that was able to expand to support multiple channels & brands and we found that with GORGIAS! Their pricing is based on number of replied to tickets so this makes it cost effective for us to grow as needed instead of being put into a bucket that we may not be ready for.

You want to know about support? AWESOME not only do they hop on a call at the initial setup and/or inquiry about what they do but they will do it again upon request. Their response times are above average and always helpful.

You want features! CHECK! I find that the feature set not only is constantly growing but it seems to cover almost everything that a business could possibly want.

Gorgias is a terrific platform for Customer Service. I'm looking forward to the IG DM's integration soon. Gorgias CS Reps are attentive and quick to resolve any integration issues or provide me with any clarifications. The only major problem I had was one the FB Messenger integration didn't work during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales.

Gorgias is great! Really helpful CS as well. They have been amazing, especially during COVID19 times.
