Within 24 hours of installing this app for a trial, an unsolicited meeting request was sent to me and other random people in the organisation.
Gorgias is the BEST helpdesk we've used so far and we've used several other platforms before moving to them. They have the most seamless sync with Shopify (both orders and customer data) and its easy to set up macros and rules. Their internal support team is superb as well!
