Gorgias

We shifted over to using Gorgias from Zendesk. Gorgias has been able to help us reduce our response times by more than half and helps us provide seamless customer service to our customers. The integrations are really what pulled us over to Gorgias and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. We would highly recommend Gorgias for a smooth customer service experience.

We made the move from Zendesk a week ago and can already tell we made the right decision! From the onboarding to our internal reporting, this has felt like a huge upgrade. Great customer support! Always there to help when a question comes up! The app works great for our customer service as well and is easy to use.

Switched over from ZenDesk and SO GLAD that we did. This app does everything ZD does, but without the excessively long processes, in a much simpler, more user-friendly way. It also does MORE in terms of automating tasks to go along with macros, making tag reporting a billion times easier, and the customer support is phenomenal. Switching was SO EASY. Aasif was amazing - he walked me through the process, trained my team and myself, and has provided phenomenal ongoing support.
