Straight forward implementation and integration with existing Shopify Plus tech stack, ability to ingest or import tickets, macros etc from another platform and around the sun support that is truly second to none...what's NOT to love?!? Suspect we'll only be dipping our toes in the water as far as using the full suite of functionality but Gorgias allows our currently small team to ably handle enquiries, with room to grow. Highly recommended.

Gorgias is intuitive and easy to use, loving it so far! Additionally, their customer support team has been available to help answer any questions we've had, 24/7. Awesome app and great group of people behind it! Would highly recommend.
We have tested other apps out there but none can live up to the great support of Gorgias AND how their hustling getting MANY app integrations!!
The backend is stupid simple to use, very easy to keep track of all the tickets, integrations and so on all in a simple drop down menu.
Ive sent in my recommendations and they have been very receptive.

What a wonderful app. I was skeptical at first, but with the free 300 tickets I gave it a go. I was surprised at how easy it is to work. A elementary school kid could use this app its so easy. Its taken a whole lot off our table, by making these so easy. I would recommend giving this a go.
The integration was one of the easiest integrations I have experienced. The platform is very user-friendly and offers a lot of room for growth. Billing is based on the number of tickets, not the number of users so this can work very well for people who have a lot of users that interact with the tickets however the overall ticket count is lower. It is cost-competitive also. They offer additional revenue-driving features that are very nice because everything is housed in a nice platform rather than having to go to different apps and platforms. I have worked with their support on several questions and they have always been very responsive. This is a must-have tool if you want to bring your user experience. The default review process of the agents gets responses so we get real-time feedback on how support is going. Everything in the past never got much of a response rate. Great tool .

At Sunski, we focus on delivering a personalized experience to our customers. We were initially using Zendesk, but had access to a limited amount of information about our customers. Gorgias gives us a full visibility on the customer profile, so we can personalize each response - no need to open up all our apps and new tabs.
I also love the macros because they save me so much time. For example, If a customer's order is lost, then I just add my Macro that connects with Shopify and re-creates their order! No need to waste time in creating another order manually.
The Gorgias team is also super helpful in seeing that any requests or suggestions I have about the app are evaluated and implemented. When we first started to use it, they even came to our office to help us set it up and become familiar with it. Definitely excited to keep working with them and know that they are always there to help!
We made the move from Zendesk a week ago and can already tell we made the right decision! From the onboarding to our internal reporting, this has felt like a huge upgrade. Features we were told about during our sales calls actually work in the way we hoped and we know as we learn more about the functionality, the more we will be happy with our switch. One of our main reasons to move was the Instagram integration Gorgias offers, we are thrilled to truly have our team on one screen, instead of bouncing around a bunch of apps!
