Great app! Has made managing all inbound interactions so much easier and fluid. Also ridiculously responsive customer service. Our lives are so much better now working with this app. All good stuff and good for our customers!

From the very first interaction with Gorgias, our experience has been and continues to be brilliant. Our replatforming of our ticketing software was relaxed, easy and without any major issue. All minor issues were dealt with in a timely and patient manner. We are now up and running with a really cool system and our agents love it! The flexibility and intuitive design has made everyone's workload easier.

Brilliant platform. Easy to use. Customer support is outstanding. Would highly recommend for any ecommerce brand needing an easy way to manage customer support and social media tickets

We are a +Store with about 800-1000 tickets per day from FB messenger and a contact form on helpcenter. We recently made the switch from zendesk to GORGIAS . Kudos to their team. the platform they are building is tailor made for shopify store and by far the best solution available for on the market.

We were looking for more streamlined solution over Zendesk. This software is cost effective, super easy to use and install on shopify store. Great onboarding experience from local staff. Hoping the chat widget can offer more customization in future such as Pre-chat surveys.

Gorgias is not perfect, but it is very good. Their connection with Shopify itself is stellar, and that enables some great QoL features in the app and access to some unique metrics. It's occasionally slow and clunky, and there are limitations (especially with regards to live chat) in customizability. This is often frustrating, but the core product is so good that I'm willing to cut my losses on some of these auxiliary features. I would definitely recommend Gorgias, but just know it isn't perfect.

This is the best tool for customer service! Highly highly recommend. We'd tried Zendesk, but this was so much better and much more affordable. Thank you to the Gorgias team for helping us drastically reduce our response time. This tool is amazing!

Be careful. If you turn on auto-reply they will count it towards your billable tickets. There is no clearly visible disclaimer when turning on this rule. We incurred over $700 in overage fees which they are not willing to refund although we have been a Gorgias customer for years and have spent thousands with them. Hopefully this review will save someone else this grief. Feeling scammed.

Their customer service is very helpful and nice. Such a genuinely nice team of people! :)
