We shopped around for different customer support software and even used freshdesk for awhile. Gorgias is by far the best software if using Shopify.
The app itself is fantastic. The best customer support app that I could find in the Shopify app store. It saved a lot of time, and the interface is user-friendly.
I had some problem in installing and running the app, the customer support is excellent and quiet supportive.
Please add more features by allowing automatic ticket support is assigning to customer support executives.
I would just like to let you know that I tried literally EVERY helpdesk on the market - spending months and driving my admin crazy changing.
I'm so glad to have found Gorgias which is cheap,simple, uncluttered and by far the BEST thing is the auto answers (macros) with auto Shopify editing. Love it and really suits our small budget (something the others promise but don't deliver)
Gorgias is the perfect tool for a growing e-commerce company like ours. We were looking for a central hub to manage all customer interactions and it seemed like the obvious choice. Our team has been very happy so far. Our onboarding agent (Richard) went above and beyond assisting us in setup and answering all our questions. Gorgias has all the features of the big guys with the customer service and personal touches of a small boutique company. Can recommend with confidence.
So far so good! I'm thinking this app will end up paying for itself over and over with the amount of time and hassle saved. In-app chat support is second to none. I'm excited to be on-board with Gorgias!
This is it! Have used Zendesk and tried others, but we really need a system that is simple, robust and integrates well with Shopify. Nothing comes close to Gorgias. After the first day, we skipped the trial and went to the paid version.

Excellent app! Easy to set up and use. Communication with our customers has been significantly improved and it's great to see how our agents are positively progressing month by month. Gorgias customer service is also excellent! There's no question they cannot answer. :) Would definitely recommend the app!
We just recently set-up Gorgias as our CRM. The set-up was easy and the ability to tag tickets makes sorting and viewing our emails incredibly easy. We're looking forward to increasing our efficiency by setting up rules, and macros to auto respond to our customer's most common requests.
This is the best customer service app that I ever used! the price is very high but worth it.
