We had high hopes for Gorgias. But key integrations they said they had simply did not work. We were told repeatedly the issues would be resolved, but after weeks we had to abandon. Further, the phone queue functionality is extremely limited. If phone service matters, do your diligence - this likely isn't the service for you. You can't prioritize agents, adjust queue roll times, offer call backs, etc. - pretty basic stuff for any operation, large or small. They have some nice features and this may work for small/niche applications, but it's just not ready for prime time if you truly are a multi-modal shop.

Finally, beware the trial - they charged us up front and offered credits in subsequent months. When the platform didn't work as promised, they refused to refund the up front cost despite the fact that we never used the credits. Not a huge deal -the real cost to my business was the time, effort and expense of employees to implement a service that didn't live up to the hype, but it's reflective of a poor approach to clients/accountability.

Gorgias is very efficient in terms of organizing customer tickets, and their support desk is helpful and will respond promptly!

Gorgias is by far the best customer Support APP for Shopify, but is has still room to become an even better APP. Here are my suggestions:
- custom FAQ based on the specific site
- multi language support
- chatbot support (AI)

Our team switched from ZenDesk to Gorgias in April 2021. We're still using Gorgias as of March 2023.

Their team responds quickly and takes their user suggestions seriously. They try to continually improve the software for the functionality of all their users.

So glad we switched! Still love the move to Gorgias! Very happy with the platform.

Always responsive. I may not get full resolution on my issue due to the technical nature of the problem BUT I am always kept updated with how the team are working on the problem. I can't really ask for more than that from the Helpdesk and Chat service. Nice one!

Gorgias is really thought and designed to integrate with Shopify (and numerous apps). I am just starting to use it but it is really easy to deploy and then configurate. I have contacted several time their support team which is very helpful and very fast to answer.

Gorgias is gorgeous! Words cannot describe the feeling of how my business has become so much easier after switching from Zendesk. Im not a tech guru noir have I time to spend endless hours in reading manuals trying to figure out how to implement software. Gorgias customer service is amazing and overall experience Gorgias / Shopify is like: Where the f™¢‰ have you been :D ??? Gorgias is so easy to set up and use and it makes no sense not using it if you are like me and want to have great customer service.

A MUST have if you're running eCommerce and especially ReCharge -> makes customer support as seamless as possible (which CS is already tough as is). Great job Gorgias!

Have utilized both the Helpdesk and Live Chat for assistance with onboarding new team member. Fantastic turnaround times and solid knowledge-sharing, regardless of the level of (question/feature) difficulty. Keep it up!

Berfore Gorgias it use to take 5 minutes to research a customers order. The Gorgias app has simplified our process and allowed us to answer customer in a timely manner. The best app has made the busy season easier.
