This app is very useful in gathering all the questions from your customers and if you need any help they are very responsive.

I'm using gorgias for over an year and very satisfied. It is very simple for my agents to answer all tickets and keep track of everything. I've moved out from zendesk which I was very unsatisfied with and service was bad.

These guys are just outstanding. They bend over backwards for customers and go above and beyond. Such a personal experience and they clearly put CX at the forefront of what they do.

In terms of the app itself, it is amazing and incredibly easy to scale. Looking forward to working closely with them

Our Gorgias integration has been absolutely invaluable in cutting down on internal confusion and streamlining the customer service experience we are able to offer our customers. Tracking and compiling Shopify customer data, order history, and all points of contact with a customer has enabled us to seamlessly transfer customers between sales reps and has made our team a lot more efficient. I would highly recommend Gorgias to anyone, especially small, efficiency-minded teams.

Our company switched from Zendesk to Gorgias when we were expanding our business. The on-boarding from Zendesk to Gorgias was incredibly efficient and helped my whole team transition. I love that they are striving to build what their customers need. Gorgias actually reaches out and asks their customers what they can be doing better and they take those reviews and actually make things better. Could not be happier with our switch.

Gorgias has worked out great for us and every time I've had a question on the backend, their support staff has been incredibly helpful. Adding Gorgias has been great for us.

Gorgias has been a dream to work with. Our customer support team has benefited so much from not only this app but also the wonderful people who support it! Gorgias integrates smoothly, pulls in most social media pages, and provides a high end customer experience without the high end price tag. If you have any questions about settings or your account in general, the Gorgias support team is always very helpful and kind!

So far we are in love with Gorgias! The training and support are outstanding. Very intuitive program with lots of features that will save us a lot of time and energy. Love how it integrates all of our programs together. We feel like this will make us even more efficient and successful!

The helpdesk is very fast with replies, and always help with any problems I have. If the agent is not able to fix the issue, they pass it over to those who can and always help in a timely manner. Thank you!
