Gorgias is a fantastic platform to operate Shopify customer support on. Nothing like it at all! I highly recommend using Gorgias for any growing company that is wanting to drive excellent customer support!
We use this app to access our customers and order information on Gorgias CRM. The Gorgias Team is one of the most supportive teams I have dealt with. They have become a bit slower than before on chats but once you are connected to them they respond in a timely manner. The team members are friendly courteous and empathetic, they escalate if the issue is too complex and their tech team is also very responsive. The Support Team also does regular follow-ups if input or feedback for an issue is expected from our end. We love the fact that they take regular feedback on new improvements/ features and actually DO implement some of that feedback. In sum, despite some shortcomings/ limitations, we love being part of Gorgias for their excellent support and responsiveness.
We've been using Gorgias for over a year now, and we could not be happier. The support team is phenomenal and jumps in to help out whenever needed. Any question you have, any issue that needs addressing, they get on it and give you a resolution as quickly as possible. Their team is top-notch, and the way they keep you updated on new product features and how to deliver an exceptional customer experience using Gorgias is out of this world. I cannot say enough about what a great choice it has been to go with Gorgias.
This is the second company I have used Gorgias for support. It is very easy to use and with the right setup and integrations, it saves a lot of time for other tasks.

Love how it directly integrates with Shopify and has automatic responses built in. 1000 times better than zendesk.
Do wish there was a phone system integrated also, only one that links you need minimum of 3 lines, I get maybe 3 phone calls a week.

The app is perfectly integrated with Shopify, couldn't live without it. And their customer service responds in a few hours (normal you will say for a customer service app x)

I absolutely LOVE Gorgias. We used Zendesk for the first two years of our company and just felt like it was too clunky and not intuitive enough. After finding Gorgias, we've had smooth sailing and really couldn't ask for a better product. The best part? They're so responsive to feedback! If you want a feature added, simply let them know and it'll be added in no time (I've literally seen them add a feature within a day). They're great and I would very much recommend them.
Gorgias is helping us provide a better level of customer service and with more efficiencies to boot. Highly recommended.
