Let me start by saying I wish I found this APP long time ago, it is by far the best and most reliable APP for customer service and tickets. We are getting 100-300 tickets per day and needed a solution that can work flawlessly with Shopify and here it is. On top of that the team behind the APP are amazing and very helpful and really make the whole experience amazing... I highly recommend this APP 5 Stars all the way.

Many brands, despite the customer-facing perception of them, really function as small start-ups. In this respect, customer service amongst the various avenues of digital communication that exist today is often handled by a single person. Gorgias has streamlined this role and stripped it of unnecessary burdens and complications in creating a singular platform through which all communication can be customized. Furthermore, by integrating it with Shopify, any customer contact has with it the entire order history, allowing for personalized communication in an instant.

Great app with great functionality, the only downside being the aesthetic of the interface. But that is somewhat negligible when considering its utility.

Takes a little time setting up to suit your needs but that's only a testament to its power and flexibility. Plus, their CS during this difficult time has been very understanding. Just be aware that you will need to pay extra for ChannelReply if you want to use it for eBay contacts.

We had high hopes for Gorgias. But key integrations they said they had simply did not work. We were told repeatedly the issues would be resolved, but after weeks we had to abandon. Further, the phone queue functionality is extremely limited. If phone service matters, do your diligence - this likely isn't the service for you. You can't prioritize agents, adjust queue roll times, offer call backs, etc. - pretty basic stuff for any operation, large or small. They have some nice features and this may work for small/niche applications, but it's just not ready for prime time if you truly are a multi-modal shop.

Finally, beware the trial - they charged us up front and offered credits in subsequent months. When the platform didn't work as promised, they refused to refund the up front cost despite the fact that we never used the credits. Not a huge deal -the real cost to my business was the time, effort and expense of employees to implement a service that didn't live up to the hype, but it's reflective of a poor approach to clients/accountability.

I am a small business with a team of 3 or 4

I was using Zendesk for my needs in terms of customer comms and providing support through a small team.

Zendesk proved to be overly complex and beyond my needs resulting in many confusing scenarios both for customers and staff

Gorgias seems to be just right - easy to use - easy for my staff to pick up on and links nicely to shopify orders.

I have decided to use an external chat function but I am sure for many small businesses the built in chat would prove highly valuable to a totally in house solution.

Great App, superb support team - quick response helped us set everything up. The App itsself has really cool features with shopify. We are very happy with the system. It would be great tho to have a place to suggest new ideas or changes, since we do work with this everyday.

Simple in use but powerful customer support service.

We faced a problem of building Support service in the short terms. Tried Gorgias, and are using it till now. It has all the things we need: good Shopify integration and customisation abilities. Also an important thing -- Gorgias developers answer fast and are open to conversation and discussion.

Gorgias has been our go-to best CRM service so far. We've tried several before, but their customer service and convenient integrations with a very user-friendly interface is what we need to run our business. Very satisfied with Gorgias!
