We love how it integrates with our Shopify customer information. No more having to open the Shopify app and your Customer Service app. It's also great how Romain and team listen to our requests and come up with solutions to help us out.
So far so good. Gorgias is easy to use and have been working for what we need. Customer support is also responsive and very helpful. Thanks Nikola!
The customer support team is really awesome. I was having a very frustrating time integrating my pages. At first, I blamed the app, but little did I know that the problem was on my end all along. Thanks to Tamara Zaric, Hannah Hermosa, Milan Kokanovic, Violeta Tubio my pages were eventually integrated. I have already recommended them to all my friends...

Highly recommend. Gorgias is the software that I would have built for our team to streamline our customer interactions. I love how we can manage tickets from all the different platforms in one place as well as the Shopify integration that lets us have context about each customer when we interact with them. Also love the ability to do automations around when to show the chat and macros for responding to tickets. Also love the ability to filter conversations by topic (order tracking, return, defect, etc.) and sentiment (positive, negative, etc.) their support is extremely responsive and understanding. Definitely one of our favorite Shopify apps! I'm hoping for more SMS integration in the future...we love Gorgias!

We have had a great experience using Gorgias. We switched over from Desk.com and have not been disappointed at all. We pay 1/5 the price and get more for it. Way more. Great product, great customer service. There are strong automation capabilities and all the features you would want to have your service desk equipped with. Highly recommend for anyone that has been tossing and turning over whether to choose Desk.com or ZenDesk.com. Be smart...choose Gorgias.
Awsome application for keeping track of support tickets connected to orders or just product related questions. The love the rules and macros so you can customize for your needs. Great updates frequently.
Sent us an email to say they are TRIPLING the price we pay. Disgusting how they treat customers! Don't do it. They are too big to support startups now. This is an enterprise app these days.

You can't "undo" when typing a whole email into their text box! When you decide, oh, I should save this and make it into a macro, so you select the whole email and mean to hit copy, but you hit paste instead, then the whole entire thing is GONE!!!! FOREVER!!!!!! THIS IS A BASIC EMAIL FUNCTION — UNDO!!!!

The aforementioned combinations should all work in Gorgias and we can confirm that the 'Undo' option is also available as one of the 'Gorgias Keyboard Shortcuts' functionalities if you go to 'Your Profile' settings.
