Gorgias' team provides great support. They answer the questions on chat within minutes and if that is not enough they jump on Google calls to help. Zoran was of great help on the call.
I love this support desk software. Very simple to use and their support is great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a way to manage tickets for their business.
Great so far! Integrations are easy to set up and lots of good functionality to reduce number of repetitive tasks.
This app is great, fulfilled basically all the needs that our store customer support department needed. (Integrate with gmail, facebook,UPS, orders and customer profile). special thanks to Romain Lapeyre, great demo and customer service experience. It would be even better if there is a yearly plan with discount :)
We have been using Gorgias for a few weeks and like it more every day. Easy to use and it helps connect our team and our customers. We get great support from the Gorgias team and look forward to a long working relationship.
We were using Zendesk, which has a lot of features (that we didn't need/use). Our main reason for leaving Zendesk was because of the price.
Gorgias was easy to setup and transition to. We had all of our past emails saved in Gorgias and they provide everything we could need to assist our customers and it is much more affordable than Zendesk.
I am very happy that we made the transition and would recommend others to do so.

This is an awesome helpdesk app. Has really helped us streamline our customer support services. We've eliminated any customers contacting us for help from falling through the cracks, and it is so easy having all our different channels ending up in the one space.
