We really love the strong integration with Shopify and the responsiveness of the Gorgias team. We made the switch over to Gorgias from Zendesk and are very happy we did!

We've been using Gorgias for over a year now and love it. Its the best ticketing/customer service platform we've used. really like the tight integration with Shopify and the automation. Thanks for making CS easy!

Very useful! A great to help with streamlining our customer service. They are fast in their replies and we like to work with them for the available integrations.
We love that you can link Shopify products directly in your messages, that is a great upsell tool.
The newly added Help Center is also a great and long-awaited feature.

Great apps, very well integrated to shopify. I put a 5 even though we can see that still some improvement could be done as the team behind the scene is really helpful and seems very dedicated. I moved out of zendesk and I am pretty happy about it :)

Nikola is the best! She has provided me instant replies and solution to my problem. I had a problem with the Gorgias not displaying my entire page. Nikola gave clear instructions and voila, I got back like there's no problem at all.

The software itself is very useful and easy to use, and when there are bugs they make it a point to fix it immediately. What I love most is their customer support team. Marija,Axelle,Sonia, Bojana, Aleksandra, and most importantly Nikola are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile for every issue I raise to them. Love those instructional videos you personalize even if you already have instructions on your software, you still find time to make them! I just wish someone is available on the weekends. :)
