We've been using Gorgias for almost a year (after migrating from Zendesk) and it has made our lives considerably easier. Handling tickets is super easy, the tagging system is intuitive, and we have integrated Gorgias with all the apps and systems we use, which saves us a lot of time.

We love Gorgias! It has helped our business to streamline our support and help center. We love the way their website chat works by pulling useful articles by "understanding" the intent of the customer.

Great App, it was a game changer for our business in terms of automatization of the customer service flow.
It works well with both Shopify and Recharge app.
Also the support is very good and quick.

I use this app to assist with customer service for our stores across many countries. It simplifies my tasks and i'm always learning more ways I can utilise it to work for me.
