Their support team is amazing. I just recently ran into an issue that stumped me for 2 of my 6 stores and Emilija was able to not only fix my issue but send me videos to walk through the changes and steps she took to do so which helped me out greatly now and for my notes in the future.

We looked at everything. Zendesk, Help Scout, etc. While those systems are prettier and have fancy mobile apps, this one gets things done. The shopify integration and facebook messenger integration is unlike anything else. We were struggling to respond to problems via email and this solved everything.

Gorgias has an amazing support team! They have quick response time, very professional and helpful. All of this, and in a timely manner. They have followed through with every conversation I have had with them. We would highly recommend them!

Gorgias has taken our customer service to the next level. It was fairly easy to integrate with our other platforms and it is easy to learn as we add new users. Gorgias customer service is accessible and responsive. Our entire team is so happy to have found Gorgias.

Gorgias was awesome at troubleshooting our issue with DNS records for our domain. They were prompt to reply and very courteous.

The best helpdesk solution there is! Super easy to use and using their detailed macro function is a true lifesaver and truly streamlines your workflow.

The support team is outstanding and extremely prompt as well.
