We migrated from Zendesk to Gorgias and it went incredibly smooth. The Gorgias platform is easy to use and they provide helpful and informative customer support!

Great platform for use with Shopify! Very friendly team and the platform is fully customizeable with HTTP requests and other integrations. Also displays data from Shopify nicely.

The integration with Shopify is perfection - everything I need when I hear from a customer is right there where I need it! When I have questions, the Gorgias Chat function never disappoints!

Very nice app, Customer support is excellent for answering all questions, The handling of ticket weather it started from chat and then switched to sms was handled perfectly, I had no problems hooking up gmail, But I did choose not to import the exiting emails, Support is very open to feature requests.

We love how it integrates with our Shopify customer information. No more having to open the Shopify app and your Customer Service app. It's also great how Romain and team listen to our requests and come up with solutions to help us out.
