Simply amazing from start to complete setup with astounding customer support. Their integration with Shopify and other apps is very simple to achieve and makes it a whole lot easier gathering all information directly from the app about their orders. This truly redefines the way we provide customer support and have increased our CSAT tremendously where we can instantly respond to most frequent questions using their prebuilt macros and rules.

Love this app, it reduces so much tab clutter & increases customer care productivity immensely. The integration setup is super easy, and the app is extremely user friendly.
This is one of (if not THE) most valuable Shopify apps we use. Having in one screen a snapshot of every bit of historical communication with a customer from pre-purchase, thru purchase and after (whether from Facebook comments, Messenger, email OR ALL 3) and having that next to their order and shipping data is brilliant!
It works well alongside your own Chat bot but can also perform much of the Chat bot functionality itself.
Making sure a 'ticket' is assigned to the right person and outstanding tasks are done correctly ONCE are made easy.
We've had some minor teething problems with syncing data but the support team are very responsive and very honest about situations and fixes.
Loving it.
Easy and super powerful saving us tons of time everyday vs Zendesk. Great support too
This app is great. The macros (email templates) dramatically reduce response times, and you can set up rules to do almost anything you can think of (auto-responses, tagging tickets, sending notifications, etc). Also, Gorgias' customer service is excellent. Romain set up a demo before and after I installed the app, and then he helped integrate other apps we use so they show on the dashboard. The app is already great and probably going to get better and better, given the quality responses I've gotten from them so far.
I've been in the process of setting up Gorgias. Usually, new apps tend to be overwhelming with all new features. Thanks to Arnaud I was able to set Gorgias up and have it running! Arnaud reached out to schedule a video chat with me and has guided me all the way through the initial set up. Arnaud even scheduled multiple video calls until I knew what I was doing! I was not left alone any moment through my confusion. He has gone above and beyond to help me. Which is something not a lot of companies do. I even had personalized 1-on-2 call help with Arnaud and Nikolas. Nikolas went through all my rules and helped me fix all the issues.
Honestly, 10/10 the best customer service I've gotten on a new app. The response time was outstanding as well. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this app and the support from the Gorgia team. Super tight integration with Shopify. It has enabled us to significantly reduce down the time we have been dealing with customer service and deliver better, more accurate and timely information to our customers. Its a win both sides. It a proven to be an effective tool in our shopify stable of core apps. The macros are great at speeding up tasks that could have taken 12 clicks to just two! Game changer.
