We love using Gorgias. It is very seamless to use, beautiful, fast and the customer support is incredible. We were using another customer support platform for a few years and it never changed or improved at all. Gorgias constantly adds new features and integrations.

We have been with Gorgias for quite some time now and it has really helped streamline all of our Customer Service into one fantastic system. We have remote workers around the United States and it really keeps things organized. The Shopify integration keeps getting better and better. Thanks for all you do!

After having moved from Zendesk to Gorgias, our efficiency in answering tickets, tagging, and improving our customer support in general skyrocketed. Gorgias's UI is intuitive and easy to use, which allowed other team members to onboard without too much time spent training. The integrations with all the apps we use is also a huge plus! The very few times we've needed help or had an issue, the live chat has been speedy, efficient and resolved our issue handily.

I really love this app to communicate with our customers, it makes for everything being connected ,so that I spend less time looking for their orders and more time helping them with the issue at hand. I wish there were some way to have internal notes as an option, all in one place maybe on the right-hand side at the top so that all you have to do is click a button and see everything that was written internally. Other than that, the CSR are very responsive. Nice app.
