Best Shopify chat app on the market! Perfect integration with all the important players on the market. Support is blazing fast and has an answer to every question.
This app is great, fulfilled basically all the needs that our store customer support department needed. (Integrate with gmail, facebook,UPS, orders and customer profile). special thanks to Romain Lapeyre, great demo and customer service experience. It would be even better if there is a yearly plan with discount :)
We have been using Gorgias for a few weeks and like it more every day. Easy to use and it helps connect our team and our customers. We get great support from the Gorgias team and look forward to a long working relationship.
We switched from Zendesk and very happy with the move. The Gorgias interface is far, far better, very intuitive. It's simple to create rules and macros, update them on the fly, etc. I was a bit weary of the "pay by ticket" setup but it's not that bad in practice, if you only use email. Though if you have busy social media accounts like we do, you will probably not want to use Gorgias for Instagram and Facebook comments. It just gets way too expensive. I think they will have to reconsider this at some point. Collaborating within Gorgias is really great for our small team, game changer compared to Zendesk. Shopify integration is just amazing, you have full access to the Shopify API data from within Gorgias. Tech support tries really hard to help, some of the best around. I have encountered a couple of cases with complex rules where their team got confused and I received different advice. But we got there in the end, they were patient and stuck with it until solved. Over the last few months, I have felt support getting better. I would 100% recommend Gorgias. I can see there is passion in the team and development seems fast and purposeful. There have already been some substantial updates and more coming on the public roadmap.
We were using Zendesk, which has a lot of features (that we didn't need/use). Our main reason for leaving Zendesk was because of the price.
Gorgias was easy to setup and transition to. We had all of our past emails saved in Gorgias and they provide everything we could need to assist our customers and it is much more affordable than Zendesk.
I am very happy that we made the transition and would recommend others to do so.
Works incredibly well. Will save you and your team countless hours. The integration and ease of use on Gorgias are unmatched. Plus their support is always available and happy to help!
We have had Gorgias up and running for a month and it has made our customer service process a lot easier.
We have integrated our social media comments and queries which means nothing is overlooked.
Support at Gorgias have been really helpful in not only helping setting up but making sure we are using everything to its maximum potential.

This is an awesome helpdesk app. Has really helped us streamline our customer support services. We've eliminated any customers contacting us for help from falling through the cracks, and it is so easy having all our different channels ending up in the one space.
Very simple to setup and use. We save a lot of time daily using Gorgias instead of our previous solution. Awesome support and a very exciting roadmap!
