I like a lot of the features, however, it still needs some work. Customer Support is great, but they take a long time to respond. Gorgias needs to start integrating with more vendors such as Walmart and Amazon. Who doesn't connect to Amazon in this day and age?

This is one of (if not THE) most valuable Shopify apps we use. Having in one screen a snapshot of every bit of historical communication with a customer from pre-purchase, thru purchase and after (whether from Facebook comments, Messenger, email OR ALL 3) and having that next to their order and shipping data is brilliant!

Very feature-rich app. Maybe a little too rich? It takes a lot of getting used to, but once you get to know the tools, it can be very powerful. There are a few things I'd love to see implemented (e.g. marking messages as "unread" again, or there being a "next/previous" option within a ticket view, as just two examples) but for the most part, you can use it to customize it to your needs. Gorgias was good, albeit limited at first however they have now released an update to the android app which causes it to no longer work. This renders the Gorgias platform useless.
I'd strongly recommend looking for another customer service ticketing option as when raising any faults with Gorgias they are simply ignored.

Gorgias is not only visually easy to navigate but it is pretty straight forward with all it's features that provide great help for the company I work for.
The Customer Support is one of the best parts of using this also, not only available via Live Chat but also on email and they even provide service updates if there if some little bug occurs.
Overall, glad we have adopted this !

This app is great. The macros (email templates) dramatically reduce response times, and you can set up rules to do almost anything you can think of (auto-responses, tagging tickets, sending notifications, etc). I've been in the process of setting up Gorgias. Usually, new apps tend to be overwhelming with all new features. Thanks to Arnaud I was able to set Gorgias up and have it running!
