Straight forward implementation and integration with existing Shopify Plus tech stack, ability to ingest or import tickets, macros etc from another platform and around the sun support that is truly second to none...what's NOT to love?!? Suspect we'll only be dipping our toes in the water as far as using the full suite of functionality but Gorgias allows our currently small team to ably handle enquiries, with room to grow. Highly recommended.

From the very first interaction with Gorgias, our experience has been and continues to be brilliant. Our replatforming of our ticketing software was relaxed, easy and without any major issue. All minor issues were dealt with in a timely and patient manner. We are now up and running with a really cool system and our agents love it! We are a +Store with about 800-1000 tickets per day from FB messenger and a contact form on helpcenter. We recently made the switch from zendesk to GORGIAS . Kudos to their team. the platform they are building is tailor made for shopify store and by far the best solution available for on the market.
If you know how to navigate this enough, it will be a treasure specially with the price :) I just hope there will be live chats in whatever plans you have

We were looking for more streamlined solution over Zendesk. This software is cost effective, super easy to use and install on shopify store. Great onboarding experience from local staff. Hoping the chat widget can offer more customization in future such as Pre-chat surveys.
After a confusing start with the app, I managed to get it working. The support doesn't have a live support chat for some reason, and after a while they emailed back mentioning a phone call... Not something I was looking for to be honest.
When I signed up I really thought the Starter Plan was free but it's not so after 7 days of trying the app I will be removing. Wish they would support smaller businesses.

This is the best tool for customer service! Highly highly recommend. We'd tried Zendesk, but this was so much better and much more affordable. Thank you to the Gorgias team for helping us drastically reduce our response time. This tool is amazing!
