Meilleur helpdesk pour des PME/start-up e-commerce.
Bien que les features ne rivalisent pas encore assez avec celles proposées par Zendesk (sur le live-chat notamment), je note énormément de points positifs :
- Service-clients disponible
- Plusieurs intégrations très simples à mettre en place (shopify, recharge, aircall)
- tarification par nombre de tickets
- un outil très complet (macro, rules, csat notification, dashboard, vues).
Je recommande.
We're really enjoying Gorgias - the migration was super quick and smooth and the interface is very easy for out team to get to grips with. The reporting features and automated flows are a big bonus. Just waiting for Whatsapp integration to go live and then all our CS can run directly through Gorgias!
I really love this app to communicate with our customers, it makes for everything being connected ,so that I spend less time looking for their orders and more time helping them with the issue at hand. I wish there were some way to have internal notes as an option, all in one place maybe on the right-hand side at the top so that all you have to do is click a button and see everything that was written internally. Other than that, the CSR are very responsive. Nice app.
Due to increased support emails, we decided to try out Gorgias. We were pleasantly surprised by how well it integrates with Shopify, order data and customer data - everything gets pulled into Gorgias.
Beside that, we also integrated Facebook support and Live chat support - this drastically decreased amount of support emails we received.
What i liked the most is the support we received from developers, not only they answered all the questions, but also implemented a missing function we suggested - great work.
This app is incredible, It cut my workload by 70% and make our customer service much more efficient. There own customer service is the best yet I have received from Shopify apps!

From the very first interaction with Gorgias, our experience has been and continues to be brilliant. Our replatforming of our ticketing software was relaxed, easy and without any major issue. All minor issues were dealt with in a timely and patient manner. We are now up and running with a really cool system and our agents love it! We were looking for more streamlined solution over Zendesk. This software is cost effective, super easy to use and install on shopify store. Great onboarding experience from local staff. Hoping the chat widget can offer more customization in future such as Pre-chat surveys.
