I was able to get quick, responsive and detailed help when it came to adding integrations. Nikola helped SO much !!
We have had great support with the super easy setup and love all the features. It has cut the time we spend on customer service in 1/4 and increased our response time for our customers. So happy we found this!
A great solution for the multiple ways for the different ways customers communicate with our store.
Previously the setup was opening multiple different apps and URLS which was hard to keep track of with the multiple members of team unsure who has done what.
With Gorgias we have only 1 inbox now for our emails, chats, socials, Trustpilot and we can be sure all communication is answered efficiently and tracked well.
The automatiions are also a time savee with good spam detection, macros for quick replies and rules to assign tags and statuses.
The personalised onboarding and support are great also.

Just started to using this app and its very userfriendly, simple and functional. Support team always ready to solve your problem. They are very helpful.
Extremely happy that we switched to Gorgias. As a customer service manager, I can say with confidence that Gorgias has amazing customer service. Besides that though, it actually is a great platform with amazing easy-to-use tools. It's been a much better experience with Gorgias than any other platform we've tried. Very customizable, and if you need help setting up your tools, you can book a call with a Gorgias rep almost any time of the day. Love it!
I have had only wonderful experiences with the Gorgias support team! They are just one chat bubble click away, and are always so kind and helpful. The assistance they offer is personalized and they are a pleasure to work with! It is so nice to have Gorgias Support on my team and one click away. :)
I've only been using this for 24 hours and I can already say three things:
1) the feature set is SPOT ON for what I need as a small business. Everything I need with no extra fluff.
2) As a former SaaS developer and product manager, I especially appreciate the UI/UX, as well as the open, integration-friendly architecture.
3) Support is TOP-NOTCH. Alex has already helped walk me through many things I needed help or recommendations on.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Better than ZenDesk, FreshDesk, ...

Great support, always kind and to the point. They are very responsive and help out with every question you throw at them.
Gorgias has streamlined our customer service responses. Their customer service team has always been very receptive to requests and helping me find solutions.
Everyone has been so helpful with questions when we made the switch over to Gorgias and the platform is really intuitive and easy to use. So many time-saving measures to increase efficiency within the app as well.
