Great support team, quick to answer. Love the way it pulls in emails and FB chat (among other things)
We just changed to this app. Their customer service is prompt in assisting us with our concerns and providing resolutions.
It is always a pleasure to chat with and get help from the support team, both Aleksandra and Nikola. And the Gorgias software is a pleasure to work in.

Fantastic app and fantastic support. The app is a game changer with all the automation and ease of use for my CS people. Support is great particularly during COVID time with good support to clients.

Infinitely better than Zendesk. Gorgias' automation is far more intelligent and truly allows you to cover all communication, turning your CS efforts into a real revenue-generating channel. Being able to report on revenue is a big one for CS too. Team are amazing. Thanks Lucas, Billy, Richard and Mustafa!
Gorgias team was very helpful whenever some issue came up. They would respond and provide for solution within 24hr without failure!
