Great Support. I had an issue with uploading images and reported the problem; they escalated it and let me know when it was fixed. Cant ask for better than that!

Just the job. We needed to reduce the number of phone calls by providing self-help and general information to browsers & customers. This is so much better than dull old FAQs. we love it, Easy to set up and use. Highly recommended by Chefswarehouse.co.uk
It looks modern, it works, and the customer service is beyond good. That's really all I need. I've tried others but they didn't stack up. I highly recommend it.

We are so impressed with this app! We were working on updating our support center for our customers, and we went through all of Shopify's apps to choose the one the best fit our needs. HelpHQ was by far the best - it was so easy to make our support center look clean, professional, and easy to use. It's also incredibly easy to write and add articles, and customers can provide feedback with just one click of a button at the bottom of each article.
