Hallo,
bis jetzt kann ich mich über die App nicht beklagen, funktioniert alles reibungslos. Am Anfang gabs 1-2 Probleme mit den Einstellungen aber mit Hilfe vom Support konnten wir die Probleme beseitige.
Was noch gut wäre, wenn es neue Produkte zur Kinder Nische geben würde die angesagt sind und gut verkaufen lassen.

Hertwill has been incredible. The selection of exclusive EU and US brands sets it apart—no generic, low-quality products here. I love how easy it is to add products to my store with just a couple of clicks, complete with beautiful photos and descriptions that actually convert.

I’ve been using Hertwill for dropshipping from the EU, and it’s been great. Shipping is fast, the app is easy to use, and it connects smoothly with my Shopify store. It automates most of the order process, saving me time. If you want reliable dropshipping from the EU, Hertwill is worth checking out.

I am extremely satisfied with Hertwill. Their products are of excellent quality, they are trustworthy professionals with an excellent sense of contact, and their advice is always relevant. They are a highly recommended supplier.
I have been using the Hertwill app on Shopify since it was launched on the platform, and a lot of development has taken place. Overall, I have mostly positive things to say, but I have identified at least two areas for improvement:
- The return process is poor because the customer has to print the return address label themselves. In my opinion, this is unacceptable in the digital era of 2025. For the past 1.5 years, I have received the same response—that the return process is continuously being developed—but nothing big has changed yet. I also suggested a long time ago that the return address label should be automatically included in shipments.
- Currently, Hertwill processes exchange orders as separate orders, which means that on the Shopify platform, you have to create a new order for the customer, and the distribution process functions as it does for new orders. However, Shopify also has a feature that allows exchange orders to be handled in a way where, once the return of the original product has been initiated, you can add a new product to the same "order card" after processing the return and request its distribution. However, this function does not work with Hertwill.
These two improvements would significantly ease the workload of Shopify merchants.

I find the use of Hertwill to be a bless, the app is working flawless with shopify. Also i am very pleased with the amount of products you can choose, we have done some test orders and the products look really good and are shipped with care.
