Hertwill ‑ EU Dropshipping

Pros:
One of the best dropshipping apps out there - great product description and pictures, good quality brands. Clear interface, easy to use and intuitive.

Really reasonable subscription plans.

Last but not least they have amazing customer service and a very felt personal touch.

Cons:
You do have to be approved by each brand (but so do your competitors so there is a positive too) and each brand charges separately for shipping.

So easy to start up with Hertwill. The support-team is awesome, always quick replys no matter what time or day! So happy doing buisness with them. They add new products and brands frequently. We have been using other dropshipping companys before, but none can compare quality and support as good as Hertwill :)

We like their selection of mostly European-based products. Adding products to our store is easy and fast and they have solved all issues within a day. Nothing bad to add so far.

I would like to thank the Hertwill team that helped me launch my first store that uses Dropshipping model. At first I was a bit hesitated because I had gag effect from all of the same lousy overseas crap but they showed me the new way. Hertwill products and process was something different something better. It might not be for everyone but it sure was for me.

Great App, Set up is clear and easy, the products are good quality and from EUR brands only. The customer service is great and helped a lot. The tips to help to improve your business / e-commerce are nice and interesting. It is a great App and a great experience.
The only issues (but important I think for an e-Commerce) are:
- Same products from the same brands can be found online and physically at very competitive prices (sometimes cheaper than the buying price through Hertwill), it makes the pricing very difficult for my store
- The delivery costs to most EUR countries are quite high.

We were amazed, by how easy it was to use the application. Hertwill also offered us many good recommendations that we had not even realized. It was very helpful on setting up our own store. Super thankful for their support and how easy it was to start building our dream :).
