Great app, easy to use, very simple.
Meine Erfahrung mit Hertwill war äußerst negativ, sowohl im Service als auch bei der Abwicklung.
Ignorierter Support: Ich werde seit dem 20. November ignoriert. Trotz mehrfacher schriftlicher Anfragen wird mein Abo weiterhin nicht als gekündigt bestätigt.
Fehlerhafte Retourenabwicklung: Meine Testbestellung ist seit Langem wieder beim Unternehmen, dennoch wurde mir nur eine Teilerstattung des Kaufpreises gewährt. Der unrechtmäßig einbehaltene Restbetrag muss nun über meine Bank eingefordert werden.
Fazit: Die Unfähigkeit zur fristgerechten Kündigungsbestätigung und die unsaubere Abwicklung der Erstattung bei Ware, die nie zugestellt wurde, zeigen gravierende Mängel im operativen Support.
Ich rate dringend zur Vorsicht bei der Nutzung und empfehle, die Abo-Bedingungen und die Zahlungsmethode genau zu prüfen.

Jag är mycket nöjd med Hertwill, de har många bra varumärken. Dock saknar jag mer barn ytterplagg och barnskor. De är smidiga i sin hantering. Det är lätt att ladda ner produkter. Smidigt att det går att ladda ner texten på svenska, funkar dock inte alltid.

The Hertwill app is very intuitive and easy to use. The interface is clean and well-organized, which makes navigating through the features simple even for beginners. Adding products, editing descriptions, and managing the store feels seamless. Everything works smoothly, and the entire process—from choosing suppliers to publishing items—takes just a few clicks. It’s a great tool for anyone looking to start or manage an online store without getting overwhelmed.
The products are great, but the prices of subscription are constantly increasing, besides if you have technical problems (which in my case their changes in the way they operate generated a major problem that totally blocked my store to continue selling), their support is slow and inefficient.

Just to clarify — the claim about “constantly increasing” subscription prices isn’t accurate. We've raised prices only once since launching Hertwill. So unless you're referring to something else, that part seems to be incorrect.
Regarding the technical issue — you’re right, it took us longer than usual. This was a rare edge case we hadn’t seen before across thousands of stores using Hertwill, so it took time to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it. We know that’s frustrating, and we’re sorry for the delay.

The range of products offered by this dropshipping supplier caught my attention from the beggining. I find easier to sell items such as clothing and footwear crafted from upcycled materials, punk-style boots or paraben-free, cruelty-free organic cosmetics because they align with an alternative philosophy that fits with me. And it's always easier to sell something you understand, you like to talk about or find interesting. Communication is a strong point. For any questions they answer fast and accurately. In addition, I was offered some excellent advices by the founder, Joosep, on how to develop my online store and attract more customers

Been using the app for sometime now and have used some other apps as well. But with sourcing or dropshipping you might be thinking that I install an app that is it, but you are actually getting or buying service not just an app and the service that you are getting from Hertwill is top-notch.

Hertwill just may be the single best product to Dropship in Europe. The team managed to connect with suppliers who source top quality product with speedy fulfillment times. Clean interface, no gimmicks - easy to use and improvements are coming. What really stands out here is the fantastic support team. I've asked for some feedback after initial store design and I've gotten legit advice that clearly took time and consideration to produce. Top Class.

Verifications are very fast for most of the brands, but for more picky brands it takes longer.

Great App, Set up is clear and easy, the products are good quality and from EUR brands only. The customer service is great and helped a lot. The tips to help to improve your business / e-commerce are nice and interesting. It is a great App and a great experience.
The only issues (but important I think for an e-Commerce) are:
- Same products from the same brands can be found online and physically at very competitive prices (sometimes cheaper than the buying price through Hertwill), it makes the pricing very difficult for my store
- The delivery costs to most EUR countries are quite high.

You're right—pricing can be sometimes tricky. Some brands do sell directly or through other retailers at competitive prices, which is unfortunately out of our control. We’re working on improving this by helping brands better align their pricing across channels.

I would like to thank the Hertwill team that helped me launch my first store that uses Dropshipping model. At first I was a bit hesitated because I had gag effect from all of the same lousy overseas crap but they showed me the new way. Hertwill products and process was something different something better. It might not be for everyone but it sure was for me.
