The products are great, but the prices of subscription are constantly increasing, besides if you have technical problems (which in my case their changes in the way they operate generated a major problem that totally blocked my store to continue selling), their support is slow and inefficient.

Just to clarify — the claim about “constantly increasing” subscription prices isn’t accurate. We've raised prices only once since launching Hertwill. So unless you're referring to something else, that part seems to be incorrect.

Regarding the technical issue — you’re right, it took us longer than usual. This was a rare edge case we hadn’t seen before across thousands of stores using Hertwill, so it took time to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it. We know that’s frustrating, and we’re sorry for the delay.
