App is not working as expected.
Support only available through "in-shopify-mail" (no reply so far). By coincidence I messaged their support software because it is linked on the bottom of their app (why would you link them?).
UPDATE: I never received that mail.

We sent you the instructions for the correct configuration by email, so you can correct your rule and achieve what you are looking for. The support is available through email and by in app chat during working days. There's no free plan. Don't waste your time.
Hi, we are very sorry for the misunderstanding, but the free plan is only available for dev stores. Unfortunately on the Shopify App Store there isn’t a better way to explain that more than what we did in the plan settings (FREE DEV PLAN). However we offer 7 days free trial to test the app, and I’m sure that if you test it you will be amazed by its functionality for just $3.99/month. Please reach back to us if you want to have a demo or verify if it could be the right fit for your store. Kind regards 😊
app, it says free but they want to charge, and also says 7 day free trial, but constantly taking me to payment processor

No advertised free plan is available and the app doesn't seem to work.

We also offer 7 days free trial, so you could have used the app more to get it working or contact support to get help, but you had it only for 4 minutes.
