Broke my checkout and lost money due to it. Support was helpful to fix it in the beginning, but stopped responding for a week now.
I had to pause all rules and there still is no fix to this date.

app, it says free but they want to charge, and also says 7 day free trial, but constantly taking me to payment processor

We're sorry to hear that. We've looked into it and as discussed in chat it appears you're using a different checkout that isn't based on Shopify's native checkout, making it impossible for our app to function properly. You'll need to contact the developers of the app you're using to explore payment customization options. If you decide to use Shopify's native checkout, our app should work without any issues.

No advertised free plan is available and the app doesn't seem to work.

We also offer 7 days free trial, so you could have used the app more to get it working or contact support to get help, but you had it only for 4 minutes.
