Konvo nos está funcionando genial.
Desde que lo usamos en WOW, hemos podido simplificar muchísimo nuestra atención al cliente, hasta el punto de quitar Zendesk y centralizar mejor la gestión de las consultas.
Lo que más valoramos es que Konvo nos ayuda a resolver automáticamente muchas dudas sencillas, permitiendo que el equipo humano pueda centrarse en las incidencias que realmente importan y donde sí hace falta una atención más personalizada.
Además, es un placer trabajar con el equipo de Konvo. Son cercanos, ágiles, escuchan nuestras necesidades y nos acompañan muy bien en la evolución del proyecto.
Una herramienta muy recomendable para cualquier e-commerce que quiera mejorar su atención al cliente sin perder calidad humana.

Gran equipo Konvo
Desde que instalamos Hoola, nuestra gestión de clientes ha mejorado enormemente. Ya no perdemos mensajes importantes en el historial de WhatsApp y podemos organizarlos y categorizarlos fácilmente.
Pero lo mejor han sido las campañas: cada mensaje se traduce en ventas y los clientes las reciben de manera muy positiva. Ha supuesto un antes y un después tanto en la atención al cliente como en nuestra estrategia de comunicación.
