Support was quick to reply with detailed instructions on how to rectify my problem. They also offered to fix my issue if I couldnt and followed up quickly to ensure everything was done correctly.

Does not work the application itself - reinstalled 2 times, got charged 2 times.
The thing is not the double charge, but we do not even have a custom email address.

Just installed Hosted Email and my first inquiry received an instant, informative reply. So far so good guys thanks.

Very easy and cost efficiency Email host APP. Can access customers emails right from Shopify App section. Very Easy to install and setup with all instruction provided. Highly recommended for new users.

I had a little trouble setting it up but after messaging Hosted Email for support they were able to get me set up in about 5 minutes.

The app is far easier to set up than my previous one, and integrates well with my email client(s). The best part of the app is the team that provides support, however. When they say they answer their chat requests immediately they really do. Like. Right. Now. They helped me migrate to their service and were friendly, patient, and helpful. I wish I could give them 6 stars!

I purchased this app based on the reviews and it did not disappoint at all. I have no clue how to set up a hosted email and the team member that helped me Dan, was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Dan made the entire process easy and stress free and answered my many questions via live chat. I would highly recommend this hosted email to anyone starting out with Shopify. The instructions and the dashboard are also very user friendly and installation on devices such as your iPhone is so straightforward. What seemed like a scary task turned out to be a breeze thanks to the amazing customer service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Setup was a piece of cake, took minutes. The dashboard is straight forward and SO EASY to use. I wasn't sure at first, with so few reviews; however, the raving about customer service was a game changer. I prefer them over GoDaddy and Zoho mail.

Wow! Just got off a live chat with Daniel who helped me out so much! After spending 2 days of a major headache trying to get an email set up with godaddy, Daniel helped me get my email up and running with this app within 30 minutes! To be honest, I was a little skeptical of all of the raving reviews for this app because, could a company really be that good?! YES! Daniel was so patient with me and helpful through the whole process! He did not get off live chat until I was completely set up with my new email account. I recently removed my website from Google hosting and back to Shopify due to problems with email forwarding from my website. I downloaded this app and began the installation process. When I ran into a problem with getting my website emails from customers forwarded to my personal gmail account, Daniel was available through a chat window. He forwarded me specific screen shots on how to do this on my Android Gmail app, and within 1-minute my website email was forwarding directly to me personal email again. Thank you, Daniel and Hosted Email.

Unbelievable customer support with these guys. The app over all is extremely efficient and very easy to use even if you aren't tech savvy. it is streamlined and easy to set up - but where these guys truly shine is answering any questions you have in regards to this and even above that with answering some of the issues I was having setting up my SSL and CSR. 10/10 if that was an option. If you are looking for a quality app and impeccable customer service. don't waste your time with any other email hosting apps. Very impressed.

Dan was excellent, I had some problems with the set up and this was resolved within minutes! I'm not a "techy" and so the instructions were clear and the problem resolved quickly.

Daniel is the man! A little hard to set up at first for someone who is not super technical but I was able to figure it out, if not Daniel can help. I had a question about how to connect via mobile instead of behind a laptop, and Daniel had an answer for me that was quick and detailed. So far so good with the hosted email.

Daniel has been super helpful with explaining and setting everything up for me as I had no idea what I was doing! The app has got great features, I really like being able to create multiple aliases on just 1 account. Very reasonably priced, too. Recommended!

Just set this up and switched from GSuite - the set up was super easy despite my system at first not wanting to accept the TXT name - so I contacted CS and the response was very quick and confirmed that I had the information in correctly - so I refreshed my page and it finally worked - really it was simple. Can't wait to see how well this app continues to do!

This is perfect if you want all of your stuff through Shopify. I switched from gsuite to this and set it up to receive my emails to my iPhone email and through Shopify the customer service was great they walked me through each step.

Easy to use even for newbies and the customer support is prompt and very helpful! I recommend this app!
