The app works well - but that is not the primary reason for the rating. I have needed service twice now - not because of the app, but due to transitions needed for our business. Their service has been awesome. Prompt response and everything taken care of correctly. I don't experience that from a lot of companies these days - so this is what really stands out for me.

I have a very hard time accessing this email app that is supposed to be integrated via my shopify store. I am being asked for a user name and password - and I did not have to create that when obtaining the app. Their chat help is a bot that is not helpful. Getting tired of not being able to open my app like every other app I pay for - and having it work properly. Very poor customer service, very ...

easy to set up. poor quality, not really happy with the lack of ability. The design feels strait out of the 90's. it does the job. Personal opinion for me more than anything I think.
