De Hosted Email-app biedt geavanceerde e-mail, rechtstreeks geïntegreerd in het beheercentrum van je winkel.
Vergroot je geloofwaardigheid; als onlinewinkelier doet niets meer afbreuk aan je geloofwaardigheid dan reageren op klanten vanaf een gratis e-mailadres van Gmail, Hotmail of Outlook. Door te reageren vanaf e-mailadressen op je eigen domein, behoud je het vertrouwen van je klanten. Onze e-mailaccounts zijn compatibel met alle moderne e-mailclients en mobiele apps, zodat je de e-mailclient kunt blijven gebruiken die je al gewend bent. Je kunt ook rechtstreeks vanuit het beheercentrum van je winkel e-mails ontvangen en beantwoorden.
- E-mailaccounts op je eigen domein. Generieke e-mail oogt niet professioneel.
- Medewerkersbeheer. Mailboxen kunnen worden beperkt tot specifieke medewerkers of toegankelijk zijn voor iedereen.
- Spam- en virusbeveiliging. Krijg een extra beschermingslaag tegen schadelijke e-mails.

The worst email system I have ever used. I had a better UX experience in the 90's. Completely unusable. Telling me that they will happily take my monthly subscription and then help me set up a different service overlay is absurd! Not sure what they do...

Our webmail is powered by an open-source, industry-standard platform; the same one offered by practically every email provider, with the exception of a few major players like Gmail and Hotmail who have the resources to build proprietary systems from the ground up. It is, in short, the norm rather than the exception.
What we would encourage, though, is reaching out to us when something isn't working for you. Had you contacted us, we'd have immediately suggested using a dedicated email client app instead. Our mailboxes work seamlessly with every major email client on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. Most users find it a significantly better experience.

Support was quick to reply with detailed instructions on how to rectify my problem. They also offered to fix my issue if I couldnt and followed up quickly to ensure everything was done correctly.
Had a great experience with Dan and Jack in the support team. We needed to upgrade our storage options and in the process uncovered issues with our domain - Dan and Jack worked hard to get these problems resolved on our behalf even with it being beyond their responsibility.
