It helps beginners a great deal! I can now see if price is a problem. I can see if and which popups are annoying to visitors...etc

For a Free app, hotjar is very helpful thanks to the makers 100 percent. Honestly, for me, its only missing 2 things that I think would be very helpful. Create an app for my iPhone that makes a sound when someones on the page along with the rest of these great features already, I guaranty us iPhone users would be willing to pay a buck or 2. First records stopped before the free period. Second, 89€ per month for this is not a price, it's a joke. Third, even after uninstalling the app some js are still loaded in Shopify.

The free plan for small stores that recieve less than 2000 views a month is great for people interested in analytics.

We installed the app and have contacted support 3 times by emailing them over the last 10 days and no one has gotten back to us yet. Terrible support. Can someone please get back to us.
