Very easy to install. Done in a minute! I would recommend this to everyone who has no real experience in coding :)

slick little app. I love it. thank you. Would be nice if there were some more visual text chat options (ie: if we could drag it to the part of the screen we want so it doesnt get in the way with our website design). However, still 5 star app.

This tool is a serious upgrade from the analytics system we were using previously. You can watch all your viewers' navigation techniques to see what part of the site is preventing them from making a purchase (on every device and platform). It even tracks their mouse! We've watched people buy our game as well as a few of our other comedic services from the recordings that were captured using this app, and it's honestly kind of addicting. They could charge much more than they do. We're so glad this is available for Shopify.

Works great. Wish it was easier, or they had pre-built heat maps for add to cart, initiate, checkout, purchase, ect

Great app, definitely recommend it! It is a great sidekick to Google Analytics. Collect feedback and see what visitors are doing.
