Terrible app, didn't sync properly, emailed support twice & heard nothing back.

We regret the recent inconvenience you faced while using our Hreflang Manager app. We are pleased to inform you that the support email issue has been resolved.

Upon investigation, we identified a technical problem that led to some support emails not being received, and we want to assure you that this issue has been fully resolved. All emails sent to our support team are now being processed without any issues.
We understand that you encountered difficulties with the app's synchronization, and we acknowledge that this was due to a technical error on our part. It's important to note that we are in the process of preparing for the release of an entirely new version of our application, planned for the end of September. In this upcoming release, all synchronization issues will be thoroughly addressed, providing a seamless experience for our users.
