This app improves my shopper's checkout experience, it's the only "slide/drawer" cart I'm aware of that includes upsells and/or recommended products in the slide along with a "status bar" to reach a preset threshold for free ship, free gift, etc. It's interface is easy to use and intuitive, so it won't take long to get it operational.

Really love this app, very slick set up and some great in cart cross sell options. The free shipping and free gift motivators also work well. The support from Dennis and the team has been brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Functionality : Really good, easy to implement, easy to teach to other staff. clean design and functions as intended out the box!
Customer services: Excellent, had a issue, talked about it, resolved and fixed it ... all whilst talking to a real person not some bot ! as is said 'it just works' well done guys !

I had been looking for an app that offer both in-cart-offers as well as customised thank you page that was easy to use and looked sleek and nice. HypeCart really goes the extra mile in customer service as well. I asked for a translation in my own language and was given an google sheet with translations to translate. Each problem I have countered has been solved in cooperation with staff through the chat, which is great and I am sure this app will meet all our needs as it grows to be bigger and better.

The app is super clean and makes my cart look beautiful! The team is extremely responsive and quick to present solutions to problems I've run into. I would highly recommend this app, it's very well made and exactly what I'm looking for.

I used this app to help us make the customer journey more interactive, to boost conversion and I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to do the same for their store. Dennis was super attentive and helped to answer my queries and helped me set up the widget super quickly, I think the plan is super affordable for small businesses starting out.

Sehr schnelle Rückmeldung und Umsetzung von Anpassungen bezogen auf den deutschen Markt. Schöne App - wir sind bisher sehr zufrieden. Update: Neuerdings keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr. Wir haben ein wichtiges Thema, vor allem für den europäischen Markt. Zwei Anfragen zu diesem Thema bleiben seit Wochen unbeantwortet. Wir werden die App zeitnah wechseln.

Biggest disappointment in the history of our webstore. While we had a promising start, the app turned out to be a mess full of bugs - wrong product recommendations, tilting windows, etc. BUT, the biggest pity is customer support. If you'll need help (and believe me, you will need it), prepare for inconcise 1 email / week problem-solving speed from the support. We wasted 4 months by receiving countless promises about bug fixes and implementations, but they never were arranged. At the end, the support just started ignoring our requests. A total disaster. If you want to waste a lot of time, energy and money - this app is perfect.

A simple, but powerful tool to potentially increase sales. I would like to see the options to customize the translations/cart and checkout language but overall looks very good.
