I have worked with many private agents but the support here is definitely the best. Fast answers, nice handling and quick problem solving when something comes up. The shipping time is also adhered to, which is often not the case with others.

I've been using HyperSKU for almost three years, the company is growing fast and their service is really meticulous and professional. In particular, their ERP system is really the simplest and easiest to understand and operate of all the Apps I have used. I had only one store before, but with the careful help of their staff, now I have three shopify stores and two Woocommerce stores, and their staff will reply to my messages on weekends. I used CJ dropshipping before, but CJ's reply was always not timely. Maybe because I am not their important user. I have also used Zendrop, but Zendrop's paid plan is not worth it at all, and many of their US products are out of stock. I highly recommend HyperSKU, and I spoke with their CEO on the phone, which is incredible, and everyone on their staff is so friendly. I think I will continue to work with them. If you are looking for an efficient and technical dropshipping company, you can really give them a try. It feels like they're not only one person serve you, they're serving you as a team.but they cannot support overseas return service this is pity .

Best drop shipping service to date! I have tried many, I mean MANY drop shipping services and they have come with their own flaws, issues, bad refund policies, difficult integrations etc. Hyper are the only ones that seem to care about YOU! You aren't just another $$$ figure to Hyper, they care about a smooth seamless experience, try best to source products for you cheaper, work with you to get custom packaging and help provide your customers with an overall better experience. They want to work with you long term instead of just pumping and dumping a store with poor quality products and a cheap customer experience. How many orders have I done with them? It would be getting close to 10,000
What is my Facebook feedback score currently? 4.8/5.0 This is largely down to Hyper's impeccably fast and reliable service.
Hyper can get my orders shipped to my customer in as quick as 3 days(!!!) for a very affordable rate. Their system integrates very smoothly with my orders, I can track my pre-stock, pay for items, dispute orders and everything else easily and effortlessly.
And when I have a question, Hyper are around most of the time to be able to reach and respond in a very timely manner. Udropwho? CJwho?
