my agent is helpful(jiana), but the only con is they don't ship on weekend, and sometime the shipping fee is high

I moved to HyperSku for my fulfilment and I'm definitely glad I did. Communication/support has been great (Howard has been awesome). On top of that their prices are better than others and they'll communicate with suppliers directly to source your product and get you a good deal. The app also does everything you'd expect and I haven't had any issues with it.
