The customer support for this app is TOP NOTCH. I have emailed multiple times, and everytime they have fixed my issue. They even did some custom coding per my request. I highly encourage you to choose this app for your checkbox/Agree to Terms needs on the cart.
I am subscribing to your app “I agree to terms”, because here in Denmark, as part of the EU, it is mandatory to prompt the customer for the conditions. But in the cart, where your app will appear, it is a problem. Your app (= the conditions message generated by the app) does not show up every time in the cart. That means that the customer / buyer can not read and accept the conditions, but is still prompted to do so, in order to proceed. And that does not work. If I reload the page, it usually appears. But the customer / buyer does not know that. So I will lose the order! Can you fix this ASAP, or I will have to find another solution / app.

I made a mistake somewhere while setting up and the support team member was great and fixed the issue very quickly.
Now it works perfectly.
The checkbox didn’t show up at first so I uninstalled the app... then I read other reviews and saw other people had the same issue and they just contacted suppprt. So I emailed and they fixed it sooo fast. Excited for this!

Great app, I could have been that I didn’t do something right and it didn’t show up. I emailed tech support and it was placed on my page in a very short time. I would suggested more instructions/details for beginners like me!
I had issues when I downloaded the app because I didn’t have a save button to enable the changes. The support answered right away and helped me trouble shoot until the issue was resolved. Great customer service! I would recommend to anyone!
